What initially appears very simple has a complex psychological background.

Our models are based on over 40 years of research by Prof. Dr. Geier and his team. The reliability and validity of the persolog Personality Factor Model with the behavioural dimensions D, I, S and C has for example been continuously monitored since 1994.

In addition, we place great value on our products by progressively conducting reliability and validity research in each national culture we introduce its models to throughout the world.

As a provider of self assessment products we perform separate representative studies in association with the University of Koblenz/Landau in Germany, and commentary from the University of Adelaide supporting the value of the research and its relevance to the Australian context.
