Andrew Gancewicz holds a Bachelor of Science, Economics Honours Degree and presents programs in Europe and America to international audiences. He ran the IBM Global Sales School as a Lead International Trainer and all of IBM's associate curriculum and organisational activities related to the roll-out and delivery of this training.

Andrew's career has been focused on Sales and Management. He has worked in publishing, advertising and account management in the UK, South Africa and internationally.

After more than 20 years in international agencies he commenced his consulting career and broadened into sales strategy development, sales management coaching and sales training in a more general sense.

Andrew is the company's major resource in sales marketing and customer enthusiasm training as either a key note speaker, coach or trainer. His client list includes leading international brands in computing and information technology, automotive, banking and hospitality.
