Carol Crossley is a graduate of the University of South Australia in Applied Science. She holds a Diploma in Business Services (Frontline Management) and a Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment. Carol is a former councillor with the Australian Institute of Training and Development, a sponsor of the Leadership Institute, a member of AIM and a member of the American Society of Training and Development.
With a range of employment experience in health, education, retail sales, real estate and financial management, Carol is well equipped to handle a broad range of client assignments. She has managed a significant range of large leadership roll-out programmes in mining, manufacturing and aged care. She also manages the company's internal risk management and quality programmes.
Carol is a certified Master Trainer in persolog products including the Personality Factor Model, Stress and Time Management and the Employee Integration System. She is also accredited to deliver Project Management, Belbin Team Roles, the SATURN cultural change programme, International Sales and Customer Service products, BEST Fit Behavioural Interviewing, Franklin Covey and Development Dimensions International (DDI). Carol's special expertise lies in relationship skills and transfers through her participative style.
