Peter Crossley is a graduate of the University of Adelaide and has studied Organisational and Educational Psychology, Group Work and Counselling at postgraduate level.  He is a past Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) President (SA), an active member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) and the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). He holds a Diploma in Business Services (Frontline Management).

Peter is a persolog Personality Factor Model, Employee Integrative System and Belbin Team Roles Master Trainer. He is accredited in Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Targeted Selection and designed the BEST Fit Behavioural Selection process. He is also the author of the A RESOLVE Counselling process, Learning Organisation Readiness Audit and Quickplan (a clear and comprehensive one page corporate planning model).

Both executive level public sector and corporate employment feature in Peter's background. His consulting experience has been gained in organisations engaged in mining, steel making, sales, agribusiness, manufacturing, information technology, civil engineering, tele-communications, education, logistics, policing, social justice and agriculture.

As a lead consultant Peter has worked with executives in strategy development turn around and team development. He project managed an 18 month cultural change roll-out which engaged with 16,000 employees Australia wide. He regularly works with national firms and has managed up to 32 consultants in a single engagement.

Peter's particular interests lie in Australia's senior team and leadership development, executive coaching, behavioural assessment, selection skills development and negotiation training.
