The persolog Stress Profile is in three parts : analysis, mastery and reflection.
Part I: The stress analysis
In the first part of the persolog Stress Profile your current stress situation is analysed by means of two questionnaires and the main individual stress factors, also known as stressors, are identified. The following fundamental questions must therefore be answered first:

- When does this pressure exceed an acceptable limit for you personally?

Part II: Mastering stress
